We will accept exchanges or returns on new un-touched non-dyed shoes (we recommend wearing socks when trying on shoes). Shoes that have been dyed are not exchangeable or returnable. Shoe exchange will incur charges for shipping both ways. There is a 25% restocking fee that will be applied to all shoe returns. Please return all shoes within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. Please call us to confirm that you would like to exchange or return the shoes so we can provide you a return authorization number. We need the return authorization number for proper processing of your return request. Returned shoes are accepted if they have not been worn or dyed. In addition you will incur any shipping fees and transaction fees on all returns.
ATTENTION: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the shoe size of your order will fit to your expectation due to the size specification of every shoe factory varies among different brands. Shoes returned for the reason of your ordered size does not fit to your expectation will incur the 25% restocking fee charged by the shoe factory, shipping fees both ways (which includes the fees we pay to ship your original order and the fees we ship the returned shoes back to the factory) and payment transaction fees

Headpiece Store offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Free shipping does not mean it should take a long time. Headpiece Store understands that getting your items quickly is important for your wedding date, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order veils or headpieces from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks. Shoe orders take 1-3 weeks.

Customer's satisfaction is our commitment. We want brides to be happy and worry-free with your veil/headpiece online purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange with a different item. Please call us for a return authorization number if you decide to do so.

With HeadpieceStore's 7 day hassle-free return/exchange policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. For our guarantee of a full credit or refund, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging within 7 days from the date you receive your order, and make sure that the merchandise is returned in the same condition and it is attached with its original product tag. Please make sure the returned item is shipped back in the original packaging to avoid mail delivery rejection due to insufficient postage fee. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL NOT REFUND RUSH ORDER FEE ON ANY CANCELLED ORDER OR RETURNED PURCHASED ITEM. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WILL INCUR SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS FOR CANCELED/RETURNED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.  

Damaged Merchandise
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our store. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, please call us to receive a return authorization number for your return of the "damaged" merchandise. Please return the merchandise to us 7 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will contact the manufacturer, and we will repair or replace as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Headpiece Store will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. Headpiece Store will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.

Canceled Orders
Headpiece Store reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. Headpiece Store shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing.

Rush orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to purchasing the item.
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees
Headpiece Store will not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
